About Yayasan

Our Mission

The primary mission of YES! is to empower young graduates and undergraduates by equipping them with the necessary skills and opportunities to thrive in a competitive environment. The foundation recognizes that the youth are not merely the leaders of tomorrow; they are the innovators and change-makers of today. By fostering an ecosystem that promotes economic productivity and social responsibility, YES! aims to create a generation that is not only self-sufficient but also committed to the betterment of society.

Our Vision

To cultivate a generation of entrepreneurial and successful graduates who not only lead successful businesses but also contribute to the nation's economic resilience and social progress. We aim to inspire innovation, foster patriotism, and nurture a deep sense of responsibility toward building a stronger, more inclusive Malaysia.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

 To effectively implement its initiatives, YES! operates with a structured organizational framework. The foundation is led by a Board of Management, comprising young graduates  from various faculties who provide strategic direction. Below the board, there are four key Bureaus:
